At What Age Is One Considered Legal For Sex In The State Of Colorado?

I'm turning eighteen later this year, & I'm a guy that's attracted to cougars (older women between the ages of 36 and 50 that are attracted to younger men) and I don't really plan on having kids of my own ever. I don't just want sex, I want a relationship, and preferably a horny older woman. I live In Colorado Springs, and that is all. Also, how old do I have to be in order to be able to purchase condoms?
